"Staff was super nice at this property. Service was top of the line. They even drove us up and down the road even though we could've walked. Food was delicious, elaborate, and made with superb craftsmanship. Room was so comfortable probably one of the most comfortable ryokans we have stayed at. Private open air bath was perfect with snowing outside!"

"Was great"

"Wonderfully nice staff. Very clean and comfortable. Great Onsen. Great place to stop after a long day"

"Excellent customer service great breakfast very clean room"

"The staff were incredibly accommodating (to be fair everyone in Morioka was exceptionally hospitable). The hotel was awesome, onsen was amazing and the food absolutely delicious (both dinner and breakfast). "

"Big hotel with a couple of public baths. The washrooms were kind of dated but everything was clean and well maintained."

"This hotel is clean image and actually clean. Great breakfast too."

"Comfortable to stay in and pricing is reasonable."

"highly recommend"

"Spacious room, delicious and nutritious dinner and breakfast and great onsen."

"Bed was very comfortable. Didn’t care for the shared showers (dorm style) set up; however, shower pressure was excellent! Suggest installing a towel bar/rack in bathroom to hang the hand towel and a full length mirror in room."

"The restaurant at the first floor was so delicious. Both the free breakfast buffet and the paid for dinner were fulfilling! The staff was very helpful and friendly, hailing me a taxi with an English speaking driver. We had a wonderful conversation! The staff also properly stored my luggage while I went to the museums within the area."
