"Everything was nice, I would say try to get a room on top level if you don’t want to hear kids running around above you. And I was really excited about the text message service, I was sent a text saying I could communicate via text and ask for what ever I needed. So I tried it to get more coffee brought up to the room, the reply was fast. But I never received the coffee even tho the message said they brought it. Maybe they took to another room ? Not sure. But overall it was a very nice place! I will be back and bring my own coffee."

"The price was excellent for what I got. The shower in one of my rooms still had hair in it. There was a bug in the same room. There were pieces of something in a pile by the door upon entry. These were minor things. Upon check out, everything was as I found them in both rooms. I was only refunded one of my deposits. The staff said that it was because there was damage done to the wall. We pulled the table out to play a board game the night before. The line was already there from where the table had been. I didn't think to take pictures because its obvious that the line was made from the table. When I explained to the receptionist, she stated that housekeeping said the wall was damaged. She stated that each room is inspected but somehow I still had hair in my shower and trash by the door. So do they pull out all the tables to check the wall prior to check in?? This is the ONLY problem I had."
