房間隔音超差，晚上聽到車聲及路上人聲，早上清潔工人在走廊大聲巖說話，十分嘈吵。 床肉比較硬，熱水爐水溫夠熱，但在滴水。 有洗衣機㕑房用品，但沒有用。 交通算方便，近高新園站，但找房子就有點困難。
