絕對不會再去，希望你們不要受騙

在當晚 10時左右已經訂房收到電郵通知成功預訂房間，到達是前台服務人員說沒有收到hotel.com平台的確認通知不讓我們入住，說要再次付費才能入住。當時致電Hotel.com 說會跟進個案以及聯絡酒店主管，但後來完全沒有來電回覆亦沒有電郵回覆。結果當晚搞了兩次房費，而且到現在還沒有收到任何關於當晚的follow up ,亦沒有退款。酒店衛生環境很差，房間角落大量塵埃以及有用過的紙巾完全沒有打掃。酒店大堂通風環境很差，前台服務人員態度很差，只說他們是不會管我們有沒有成功預訂房間亦不會看我們收到的確認電郵，只有他們收到他們的平台通知才能讓我們入住。
