"The staff members were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and well-organized. There was a separate bedroom, bathroom, and kitchen area. Breakfast was included in the price, and the hotel was located within walking distance of the International Gardens and Riverside Park. We will definitely be staying there again!"

"I had a connecting flight that was missed due to mechanical failure of the plane..I called the property to let them know that I wasn't able to make it for my reservation that evening and it was out of my control because they diverted me to a different city. I gave them ample notice and still they decided to charge me for the room . I would not recommend booking with them."

"This hotel is super quiet, clean and uber convenient to historic downtown LaCrosse. Have stayed here several times now and have no complaints. The price has always been lower than a comparable adjacent hotel (Radisson). Cannot recommend this place enough!"
