"Room looked unfinished from maintenance work and was dirty from previous guests. Door to room looked like it had been broken into and the key card consistently did not work properly. "

Usually not a big deal, I had already been down to the lobby to unload the car so making another trip after a long day was irritating. Coffee was decaf in the room and one of the coffee machines in the lobby didn’t work making it a long wait to get coffee in the morning. "

"Fantastic location, close to Waynesboro’s restaurants and coffee shops. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the property was beautiful. The check in and out process was simple. The staff were very responsive and informative about my trip. I would definitely recommend and will most likely stay there again for another hiking trip. "

"The room was in poor condition due to a lack of cleanliness, peeling paint on the bathroom walls, a chipped tub, and a towel used to protect our feet; the carpet was not about to touch our bare feet. This property needs some repair and maintenance."

"Hotel recently changed to Hilton which was very comfortable, clean and nice amenities. Since it just changed over new photos and info have not been updated. I booked this one for the breakfast options, however since photos were not updated the breakfast items were lacking compared to the photos."

"This facility is close to shopping in Waynesboro and Stuarts Draft. Sherando Park nearby is lovely."
