We enjoyed our stay at Shellbrook Motel. The room was clean and the front staff very helpful. While the motel is dated and the beds are still the old style spring type, the stay was enjoyable. I would stay here again.

Excellent! Nice room, clean, comfortable beds. Friendly and helpful staff. Room was already paid and it made checking in a breeze. Because we were arriving late, the front desk lady called me and gave me clear directions on how to access my room.

The lady at the office was very friendly and welcoming. The doors had a personalized code you entered to open them which was nice. The rooms were extremely dated and musty smelling. Cleanliness issues in the bathroom and some stains on sheets and carpet. The tub was very slippery. We did not use the tv, air conditioner or coffee maker. There is a nice restaurant right next door called Arnie's. It's a cute, quiet motel with friendly staff but needs some serious updating.

The reception didn't introduce herself, though I had to ask to use the toilet before we could complete the transaction. I had to pay for my stay before I shown to my room. This property is currently under construction, changing room features. My particular room's window was dirty, condensation buildup between the pains of glass. The room itself was clean and comfortable. The landline wasn't working due to a fire according to the front desk. They didn't mention this when I was checking in either. Front desk is closed when I went to checkout at 08:30 AM on a Statutory Monday. Arnie's Grill next door provides excellent service and reasonable priced, good quality meals that can be discounted when I provide my motel receipt.
