They are renovating and staying open. The rooms were beautiful on the floors we stayed on—they are finished. There is no lobby. While we stayed we found no hot water at 10:00 pm when we went to shower after a day of ball games outside. We went to front staff to inquire. Ended up spending 1 1/2 hours helping staff go thro hotel looking if other vacant rooms Had water. Never found any. About to relocate to another hotel when hot water came back. Got to bed after midnight. We had hoped there might be compensation for this. We never complained but will probably stay elsewhere for awhile.

We had a decent stay, since they were working on the 3rd floor of the hotel it limited the amount of rooms. Breakfast seemed to be leftovers from the previous day, and they no longer have a hot tub in the hotel. We have been staying at this hotel for family Christmas yearly since the hotel opened and things were a bit different this time around. The hotel comped an extra room since we didn’t have a queen suite like we had originally got reservations for. They did a great job making sure we all had a great place to sleep for the night. The property was clean outside and the interior of the building and rooms was spotless. The bed was very comfortable. The toiletries were Dove so not the extremely cheap ones you find at most hotels. The breakfast was great with plenty of options like cinnamon rolls, egss, and sausage. If all this wasnt enough I want to make sure to give acknowledgement to the gentleman that was the front counter assistant on 5/25. He was friendly nd cheerful. As i was leaving for work it was bedore 6am and he offered to get me some cinnamon rolls or cereal so i could eat before work and nade sureni had coffee too and it definitelyleft a positive impression of the hotel standards. I will definitely always stay at this hotel any time i am in town!!
