This property recently changed ownership and it appears that the new owners are making improvements. Overall it's a clean and reasonably priced place to stay. Yes, I would stay there again.

Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Shelby
Breakfast was nice, and so was the fire pit outside. Rooms were clean and nice. Do not go for the purpose of the pool because it’s tiny, but little kids would still enjoy it. Overall staff was great! There was just one front desk lady that wasn’t very pleasant. My biggest complaint was the SMELL ...

Affordable Suites Shelby
The room was very clean and the parking lot was clean as well. Couldn't have ask for a better location with all of the best fast food restaurants and even Walmart within walking distance from the hotel. Best hotel in town I recommend it to everyone.
