"Lovely hotel. Staff friendly and helpful. Room was small but ok , lovely big bed. Couple of things needed repair, suitcase stand broken, bathroom fan not working, toilet seat needed repairing. Happy hour on evening great. Breakfast very good both continental and cooked. "

"Good location for attending Classical Concert event at Leeds Castle. We didn’t eat in the hotel so can only comment on the accommodation. Our stay took place over a very warm weekend and the air-conditioning unit in our room wasn’t able to cool the space effectively. In fairness we didn’t report it to Reception, but would hope all air-conditioning is checked regularly."

"Overall, it wasn’t a bad stay, but it could have been better. My children really enjoyed the pool, and the food was good. The only major downside was that the room didn’t have air conditioning, which was quite surprising since every hotel we’ve stayed at has had it. The heat made the room quite uncomfortable, although the fans provided did help somewhat."

"The room was clean but a little dated (bathroom was tiles were something my nan had but it was okay) the feature wall is nice but the wood chip in the rooms give it a basic look. The building in reception and lobby is great. The bed was very comfortable but the pillow a little too soft for my liking."
