"Be sure and reserve your parking place, it did not state that in making the reservation And when I happen to ask another question right before we arrived, I did ask where we should park and they said their parking was full and referred us to a Pay parking lot that was a couple of blocks away, I was not going to pay for parking again so we had to park on the street a few blocks away and walk back to the room, I was not pleased. Everything else was great!"

"Site said they had a spa with the pool but did not. Pool was fine. Rooms were clean but building overall seemed a bit old overall. Breakfast was good and had various options. Within walking distance from Broadway music if you like to walk(about 1.2 miles) . Didn’t like having to pay for parking even though only $20 night, no reason for it other than getting extra funds."

"Layout of hotel is a bit awkward but workable. Staff were so friendly and helpful! Valet service, cleaning personnel and front desk were nothing but kind and friendly. Check in was easy. Valet staff were quick and responsive. Cleaning staff was super friendly and accommodating. We had a lovely time ."
