"If I could give this “whatever this is” a negative-star rating I’d obliged. 1. Terrible Customer Service. Front desk clerk lacks professionalism and courtesy, they forget people are paying for a service and experience not your baggage from home. 2. You pay a hefty some for a wedding at the venue and they can’t accommodate a late check out, I had to get an Airbnb nearby for my wife to get ready for our wedding. 3. We decided to get their Breakfast, they up-charge fried dumpling when you want a get it in place of toast with a omelette absolutely ridiculous. 4. Cleaners come knocking on your door if you go a min over your checkout time. Absolutely mind-boggling. 5. Place is old and run down. Don’t waste your money, you can get some views with better quality and customer service don’t waste you or your family’s time. "

"This was a very impromptu booking and it was a smooth check in. The location is great. Nice clean pool and pool bar with drinks for purchase. Clean establishment. Reliable air conditioning. Onsite eats for purchase and a convenience store/shop."

"We loved it!!! Every clean and quit, the rooms were exceptional. The pool was clean and stayed opened until 10pm, but you can stay longer if you like 😁. I will definitely be back to stay at the Montana Villa. Also the Host, The Host is amazing. This place really made my trip a 10000000/10."
