I’ve always been a fan of Best Western, and this location truly impressed me. I stayed here for 3 weeks with my mother after her surgery, and it was one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, and the housekeeping team kept everything spotless and restocked. The room itself was quiet, comfortable, and so well maintained.
The hotel had everything we needed—great lighting and mirrors throughout, a nice pool, washers and dryers with easy phone pay, and a convenient location near parks and shops. Breakfast was good, and the entire space felt safe and inviting. I even enjoyed walking up to the third floor just to take in the peaceful view.
Leaving was bittersweet because this hotel felt like home. Everything was phenomenal, and I can’t recommend it enough. I’ll definitely be returning!"
"We appreciate the check-in procedure with one of your great staff named Aronze. She made the check-in procedure convenient.
We did not avail ourselves of having our rooms cleaned for the three days we stayed. However, we did ask for additional towels and paper cups which a maintenance person cleaning other rooms graciously gave us.
Regarding the safe box in the room - it doesnt work (it kept indicating/flashing CLOSED). I know I could have asked for it to be fixed but we are busy/on a schedule and dont have the time to wait for a repair person.
We like the convenient location of the hotel to nearby restaurants, bakeries, and shops. This is why I chose this particular Marriott.
