Hotel location is 10/10 staff 7/10 they need training (a lot of training) especially on how to deal with guests, they are trying to be nice to guests but in away makes the guest uncomfortable. Some staff leaders take their break in the guest's area, sitting and smoking using a table for 4 or 6 by himself when the guests can't find a table. the open Buffett food is 7/10 need more variety and better quality. The Italian Restaurant is 10/10, and the Mediterranean Restaurant is 5/10 food and service. The Hotel hallways and stairs have many steps/levels that are unnoticeable in different levels with no warning (different color or watch your step sign) make many guests trap and almost fall or hurt their naked feet figures. The entertainment is 6/10 comparing with the Hotel category 5stars Overall, the hotel is absolutely overpriced.

The rooms are amazing. Spacious and clean, the cleaning staff are tremendous. Also, the chefs from the grill, especially Hani- they are world class! Most of the staff is excellent. However, the front desk seem very inexperienced and untrained. They are always confused and overwhelmed. The bartenders are so good!

Staff are brilliant. The amenitiea are great and the food buffets are fabulous. The property seems dated in some respects but that is made up for by the excellent service. The beach is nice though the view is let down by the big yellow submarine tour boats near by, the empty lot next door and the chavy boat docks. All in all though its great value and a wonderful experience.

Room is clean. Staff are friendly overall and eager to help. Food was good but not many options. Beach is great. Only complaint is Omar from the animation team. He was very rude and disrespectful in his communication and was inappropriately “joking” with me even after showing my dissatisfaction with his manner multiple times.

We had a really enjoyable stay overall. The hotel was exceptionally clean, and it was clear that cleanliness is taken seriously. Staff were constantly cleaning and maintaining communal areas throughout the day, which made the whole resort feel very well cared for. The staff were generally very helpful, friendly, and welcoming throughout our stay. Some areas are a little dated and could benefit from some refurbishment. The gym, for example, feels quite old compared to other facilities on site. The food was perfectly fine, with plenty of choice available. As a family, however, we weren’t particularly excited by the main buffet. One slight disappointment was that much of the food seemed aimed at international tastes rather than offering more local Egyptian cuisine. When travelling abroad, we personally enjoy experiencing the local food culture, so it would have been nice to see more authentic Egyptian dishes available. There are also two à la carte restaurants that guests can book once as part of the all-inclusive package, with additional visits available at an extra cost. The beach bar is a nice alternative to the main buffet, particularly because some of the food is cooked fresh to order, including items such as burgers, pizza, chicken shish, and kofta. One tip for future guests: it’s worth comparing excursion prices before booking. The Old Market is directly opposite the hotel, and we found that some of the same excursions were available locally for significantly less

Very homely and confirtable. Hospitality is very good.particularly the Manager Sami Abdel Azim makes sure all guests are happy. And Wahab Mustafa and all his peer staff wiek hard and sametime polite and kind. At the beach Ayman Salam is very helpful and on the feet always to keep the guests comfortable.bar staff entertainment team and room cleaners also to be mentioned of their dedicated work.plenty of appetising food and varies every meal daily.beach is clean. Overall excellent during our 10days stay during christmas vacation.
