Had the most wonderful stay at Ballyseede castle. Felt totally relaxed with a lovely homely feel. Staff were so nice and food delicious. Lots of rooms to just hang out and enjoy some quiet time . Room was lovely and comfortable with great shower. Beautiful grounds for walking around and just enjoying the castle. Fantastic stay overall.

We stayed for one night. The location is great, right by the beach, great views from the beach-side rooms. Very welcoming and all staff friendly and ready to help when asked. Lots of space to park.

Hotel is well signposted from Motorway. It is a bit isolated but convenient to M8. The checkin was speedy and simple. We ate in the bar and the food was excellent. The lounge was very quite after dinner, no one but ourselves in it so we retired early. The room was very comfortable and spacious and we were glad of the tea/coffee in room.

We normally book a hotel for our trips but prices in the Galway area were very high at the time of our visit as there was a music festival in progress. There are just three guest rooms all on the upper floor of the property. Each room has en-suite facilities. Our own room also had a vanity suite within the room. We stayed in Ennis as a base so we could visit the Cliffs of Moher and Father Ted's house. It was perfect for us. The staff were really friendly and even got our room early because we had been on the road for four hours. They made us feel like we were the only guests in the hotel. Our family room was excellent with a good size double bed and bunk beds for the kids. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting County Clare.

Lovely hotel with great amenities and lovely grounds. Room was great and a very generous breakfast served each day. The restaurant was a bit pricey however, food is delicious with good portions. Staff all very helpful. Will stay here again.

Room was very warm despite heating being off, not usually an issue but as we were at the front of the hotel having the window open meant we had a lot of traffic noise from the very busy road. comfy bed with mattress and pillow protectors nice deep bath. Free wifi good enough to stream a movie without buffering.

Friendly staff

Friendly staff. Excellent food. Family orientated. Baby changing has microwave and steam steriliser for bottles. Great children's pool and playground.
