"This was one of the worst hotel stays I’ve ever experienced. The rooms are extremely old and poorly maintained, which completely ruined the overall experience. The condition of the room was unacceptable — the flooring was broken and uneven, making it uncomfortable and unsafe to even walk around. There was a constant bad smell in the room, which made it very unpleasant to stay in. It felt like the room hadn’t been properly cleaned or aired out in a long time. To make matters worse, the AC was not working properly, which is simply unacceptable, especially when staying in a hotel where basic comfort is expected. Despite paying for the stay, there was no sense of value or comfort at all. Overall, the hotel lacks basic maintenance, cleanliness, and attention to guest comfort. I would strongly not recommend this place to anyone. Definitely not worth the money."

"The rooms could use some basic maintenance and updating. Our headboard was made from some type of leather material and all scratched up. The lamp shades were very dirty. There were stains on the ceiling like there had previously been a leak and nothing done to repair it. The tv does not work unless you have an android phone to cast to it or YouTube tv. "

"Had a wonderful stay at Hilton Hyderabad. The rooms were clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The staff was extremely polite and helpful throughout my stay. The breakfast spread was excellent with plenty of options. Overall, a great experience and I would definitely recommend this resort to anyone visiting Hyderabad."
