"The Gabala Karavansaray Hotel was a clean modern hotel about a ten minute walk from the centre of Gabala. The rooms were modern and spacious. The indoor pool and steam room were an added bonus. The breakfast provided plenty of options and was of a great quality. The only slight issue was the lack of dining options close by the hotel but there are plenty of choices in town. I would definitely stay here again if in Gabala."

The cleanliness of the rooms and the overall facilities deserve a 5/5. It may not have all the facilities you find in other hotels, such as a pool or spa,fitness but if you are looking for peace, fresh air, and a beautiful natural setting, this is definitely a wonderful place to stay and relax. "Stayed with family on 18-19 June, 2024 . Not so good experience. Room did not have electric kettle/ cups/ coffee sachets. Kettle was provided when asked for it with plastic glasses ( in place of cups) and no coffee sachets. Engaged with Receptionist on duty and final position was : hotel does not provide coffee sachets and I will have to order coffee from restaurant. Bathroom shower is not easy to use. Breakfast had very limited spread and very little options for...
