"This has to be one of the cleanest and best ran old school motels I’ve ever stayed in. I don’t usually stay at motels because most of them are dirty and run down. The owner is very nice and takes pride in providing a clean affordable place to stay. Highly recommended if you are in Perry. "

"When we arrived at the room at 8 pm, the room was cleaned soon before. Chemicals smelled horrible, and the floor of the room entrance and bathroom were slipery. Next evening when we arrived back, the room and bathroom were untouched, beds not done, bathroom a mess. Horrible. "

"This was a great stay. It was clean, and very quiet, which is exactly what I was looking for. Loved the remote area. Would absolutely stay there again. The outside might need a little work, but the room completely exceeded my expectations."
