"This was our favorite place in the Galapagos Islands. The property is stunning, the decor is amazing, but what makes this place truly stand out is its staff and their hospitality. The manager Cattya is the best manager we have ever met. She personally ensures that every guest's stay is extraordinary, everyone is taken care of, and every detail is thoroughly thought through. Thank you, Cattya, for making it a 5-star experience! All we wish for is that we had more time at this wonderful place. We hope to be back and stay longer next time!"

Our room was spotless from the moment we arrived — fresh linens, a well-maintained bathroom, and everything neatly organized. After long days of exploring the islands, coming back to a clean, quiet room made a real difference. The property itself is well-kept and has a relaxed, natural feel that matches the Galápagos vibe perfectly. The staff at Verde Azul genuinely go above and beyond. They were warm, helpful, and knowledgeable about the islands — offering tips on the best snorkeling spots, tortoise reserves, and local restaurants that we never would have found on our own. Nothing felt like too much trouble for them. That personal touch is what sets this place apart from larger, more impersonal hotels"
