"We stayed here for 3 nights and everything was great. The room was spacious and clean, the pool and jacuzzi area were always clean with towels. They had a nice breakfast in the mornings. There are 2 mini markets nearby for your essentials, and its a short taxi ride to town. Oscar and Ronal were very attentive in helping me book a tour, give recommendations of places to eat and even help me book a ferry on my last day. Overall, I would 100% recommend this hotel to family and friends. "

The interior courtyard was cute and I liked that our room was right off of the courtyard.They provided towels for the beach which was very nice. "The staff was great. The included breakfast was delicious. We stayed one night and had dinner which was one of the best meals on Santa Cruz. What really set the hotel apart from others was the fact that we were able to check in when we arrived at 10:30 am. The grounds were beautiful with about 15 to 20 giant tortoises roaming freely among coffee, banana and orange trees. I would definitely recommend them."
