Top Seward Hotel Reviews
Spruce Lodge
"We had a cabin. It was cute, comfortable, and clean. The kitchen was big and the parking was easy. The cabins are in the back of the facilities, so we need a little assistance finding it, but the office was open and able to help."
Exit Glacier Lodge
"Place was just fabulous. The managers were so friendly and helpful. Would definitely return"
Seward Windsong Lodge
"We really enjoyed our stay. The food at the on-site restaurant is very good and the view of the mountains from the restaurant is spectacular."
Nauti Otter Inn and Yurt Village
"Super cute hostel with a lot of amenities, just outside Seward. Lots of little games you can play, instruments, and a full use kitchen as well as multiple bathrooms and shower options. It is communal living for the commons, but plenty of individual rooms/yurts as well."
Murphy's Alaskan Inn
"The staff was great. The property smaller and is dated however, the problem is the plumbing is in-need of service. Our bathtub/shower was extremely slow to drain (yuck). You can tell drainage issues have plagued the units as wall access panels were of different colors (we rented 2 rooms). When that issue is corrected, the property will do for a night or two prior to leaving out on either a charter or cruise ship."
Van Gilder Hotel
"This historic hotel has a certain charm that matches its managerโs personality. Theyโre were trying to complete renovations, so not everything worked perfectly. However, we loved some of the original design elements and furnishings they incorporated. The place was clean, convenient to downtown and quiet. Because it was built that way many decades ago, a few of the rooms arenโt able to have their own shower, but those rooms are lower priced too. Now if they can just get better controls on the radiators, it will be great. The staff were all polite/friendly and very helpful."
Safari Lodge
"If youโre coming to Seward, do yourself a favor and stay here. The location is perfectly located and picturesque. Staff is great and the property is well maintained. Loved our stay here and highly recommend it!"
Hotel North
"The complimentary muffins were absolutely delicious! The room was stylish, clean, and very comfortable. The host was kind enough to inform us early that we could check in ahead of time, which was super helpful. They also contacted me right away when I accidentally left my glasses behind. The only minor downside was that the Wi-Fi was a bit slow, but overall it was a great stay."
