"The bedroom was covered in ants, small spiders and bugs. There must have been 50+ in my room between the bathroom and the windows, coming out from under the skirting board, under the bed, under the seated bench, in the bathroom. On a few occasions i had to flick the ants off the bed and the shelf where my clothes were sat for the next days. On my check in review i highlighted this and asked that the room be hoovered before i got back on Friday night which didn't happen. On Saturday i could tell the room had been wet mopped but it didn't help the ant and spiders. Would appear to be an infestation."

Traditional and very comfortable feel to the whole location. Piano bar was a highlight of the stay, with great drinks and music. Highly recommend all around."
