positives: safe and nice property. Clean, central and easy to walk everywhere. Overall worth the money and the stay was a good one. I would recommend this for a middle budget stay. negatives: noise from the street was loud at early hours of the morning / late at night. the pool is tiny - eg more like a hot tub size. the pictures are very deceptive!

They offered us a room for 4 people but the room was very small and 2 people need to sleep in a terrible sofa very uncomfortable.

Excellent room, excellent location, and the staff via WhatsApp were great in helping us throughout our stay. The rooftop is a great amenity and the location is perfect to see the old streets of Sevilla. I highly recommend this hotel.

Great apartment in an excellent location
We had great communication with the host before we arrived. The apartment was great - clean, well equipped and easy to find, with bars and restaurants just around the corner and a short walk to all the sights.

Het inchecken verliep via whatsapp wat handig was en je krijgt een toegangscode. De eigenaar stuurt je alle tips voor de stad door en je kan zelfs vervoer regelen van de luchthaven naar de accommodatie. Bij het uitchecken heeft hij ons hulp aaangeboden om de juiste bus te nemen. Kamer is zeer netjes en bijzonder stil zo midden van de stad.

Propre mais bruyant
Chambres propres et bien situées pour visiter Séville. Nous avons toutefois été surpris de la taille très petite de la chambre (nous n’arrivions pas à poser la valise) et du bruit… nous avions une chambre au rez-de-chaussée avec un bruit constant provenant de l’autre côté du mur de la chambre, impossible de dormir sans boules quies! Bien que la réception soit réactive via WhatsApp, il n’était pas possible de résoudre le problème et de nous changer de chambre puisque tout était complet. Par ailleurs, aucune insonorisation avec le hall d’entrée. Très décevant donc pour le prix payé.

Que de bruits fenêtres ouvertes ….
Ce ne sont pas des suites mais chambres petites avec petite salle de bain , une maison avec chambres louées et une cuisine commune . La ventilation de la climatisation ne se règle pas donc ça souffle à plein vent froid ou chaud , donc ouvrons les fenêtres mais quartier assez bruyant la nuit ce qui empêche de dormir . Juste un climatiseur qui fonctionne réglerait les problèmes .

Servicio mejorable
Habitación amplia y limpia, aunque muy ruidosa (no está insonorizada). Ubicación céntrica (a cinco minutos de la plaza de la Encarnación). El servicio es lo que falla: aunque aparece como hotel, no tienen servicio de recepción y sobre todo, no limpian la habitación todos los días.

Estoy contenta de leer que le gustó la habitación asignada así como la limpieza. Por otro lado, lamento que no estuviera a gusto con el servicio que ofrecemos. Aprovecho la ocasión para recordarle que tal y como anunciamos en nuestra web de Expedia así como en nuestro portal, como práctica ecológica en Sweet Sevilla limpiamos y cambiamos las toallas cada tres días. Dicho esto, el cliente que quiera una limpieza diaria lo puede solicitar en el check in y se hará sin ningún cargo adicional. Finalmente, en cuanto la recepción, recordarle que puede hacer el check in durante 24 horas según le convenga a nuestros clientes. Tenemos personal disponible para usted durante 24 horas y es una pena que no haya notado esta cercanía que nos caracteriza durante su estancia. Mi estancia en Suites
Situación perfecta. Habitaciones muy funcionales quizás los muebles demasiado ya que no había mucho sitio para la ropa y maletas pero las camas grandes y comodas. Todo muy limpio. Bao y ducha amplios. La cocina está en otra planta pero todo bien estructurado. Nos recibieron y nos despidieron amablemente. Repetiría sin dudarlo para estancias cortas.

Tolle Unterkunft direkt an der Einkaufsmeile von Sevilla! Inmitten der schönen Wohngegenden! 7-8min zur Kathedrale! Kleine aber ausreichende Suites von einem tollem Team gemanaged. Immer Hilfsbereit immer im Austausch via Whatsapp egal ob Check in, Insider Tipps und Bars und Restaurants. Alles in allem top! Bald wird auch noch eine Terrasse fertiggestellt sein! Preis-Leistung hervorragend!
