Perfect location! Right by the cathedral. One thing I didn’t know to do was who to contact about the non functioning bedside lamps. Also, I wish there was a mop. 😊 But I enjoyed my stay. Thank you!

GREAT location in the middle of the history district, lot of things to do at walking distance. No parking spot close by tho so if you have a car, you might want to consider an hotel where there is parking. Ideal for back packers.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The apartment was well equipped & clean, & the huge bed was very comfortable. There was always hot water for showers. The complimentary goodies were a nice surprise (we enjoyed the beer). It was ideally situated in walking distance for all the sites & there were great bars & eateries close by. Thank you for providing us with a home from home for the week 👍

This property was literally next to Seville Cathedral and Alcazar walkable distance to many tourist attractions. As we communicated that we are arriving late, they prepared the sofa bed ready to sleep.They stocked the fridge with water and some beer, which was very thoughtful. Overall we had a pleasant stay, highly recommended this place for someone that would like to stay closer to tourist attractions.

Great property within walking distance of everything. We were missing a corkscrew which was quickly replaced the next day. Plenty of space, although slightly dark during the winter months. Would absolutely stay here again, location would perfect. We didn’t make use of the roof terrace but nice place to escape to.

Fantastic location, clean, great amenities. Very comfortable. The communication via WhatsApp was great. We were alerted we could check in early which was welcomed. Only minor point was it was very noisy on a Saturday night due to the narrow paths creating an echo. The other evenings were much better. Just one of those things, which everything else made up for. Would happily return!

We loved this apartment. Great location, comfortable bed, super quiet, laudry was great and a coffee maker and pods!!! There was a sewer smell for part of the first day but it was gone and didn't return. Very responsive using Whatsapp.

As a lot of people, I had some problem getting in as my code was not working. It didn't take long to get a new code through WhatsApp and everything went fine from there. The room was big enough for our family of 4, kitchen space was more than sufficient for a short stay. The location was perfect! I saw a couple of complaints from people about the noise, but it didn't bother us at all. The only noise we could hear was when the flamenco show right next door ended. It lasted 5 minutes. Superb place to stay in Sevilla!

A disappointing stay having previously enjoyed other numa accommodations. The accommodation is in a great location and the room itself was clean, spacious and had everything I needed, and perhaps I was just unlucky with this and had the worst possible room, but as it was raining during my stay and there is not a solid roof, the rain pours into the lobby which was not only very noisy through the night right next to my room, but also meant as soon as I opened my room door I was met with puddles (indoors). I'm not sure if it was the pipes but something in the building was also very noisy through the nights I stayed. Additionally, whatever the light box on the wall above the door was, it would randomly flash brightly during the night. At one point I also ended up locked between the two entrance doors for 15 minutes until support were able to resolve, but I am marking down more for the horrible lack of sleep.

I am resubmitting this review for the other apartment we reserved here because my original written review disappeared. We booked 2 units here. My family's apt was a 1 bedroom and my parents had a studio. The location was great. There is a small elevator and laundry is on the top floor. My apt had windows facing the street and there was one night (i believe it was Friday) that there was a group loudly singing Christmas songs around 1 or 2 am. I was able to ignore it but just a note to anyone looking for quiet, request an inner unit that doesn't have windows to the street. I really liked the layout to my parents' studio. It was spacious and comfortable. Although my 1 bedroom was larger, the layout was awkward and long & narrow. My only complaint is that my apt had a very strong, unpleasant smell. It smelled like something passed away. We opened the windows and nothing helped. It would hit you in the face as soon as you entered. I contacted Numastays about it on my first day and they offered me cancelation or a percentage (10) refund. I chose the refund bc it was too late for me to make other arrangements for my family. Their customer service and communication was excellent and very appreciated. Still, something needs to be done about the odor in the apartment as it totally changes the experience and potential to enjoy the space.
