Lovely hotel close to all major sites. Everything is in walkable distance. The roof top terrace very private. Nice to go up and have a break with a cold drink and snack. Staff super polite and friendly. Lovely stay

I loved everything about the hotel , the reception ,breakfast staff, the maids . Nothing was too much for them . Received a welcome drink and a bottle of processco brought to our room too , all complimentary

The hotel is lovely and the staff was great. The only issue I had with our room was that you could hear everything going on outside of our room. The maid closet was next to our room and you could hear them talking and moving carts starting around 7am.

Modern hotel. Friendly staff. Great location - you can walk everywhere and there is a taxi stand around the corner. Will stay here again for our next trip back to Sevilla

It was good but I’m not sure why it’s got great reviews. Great - Location, rooftop, cleaners/room cleaning. Pretty average - Everything else. The rooms are very utilitarian. Nothing soft and no decorations in sight. The staff were professional but not very warm and the one time we asked for something they didn’t do it or get back to us on it.

We loved our stay. Breakfast was excellent. The staff was so helpful. We would love to come back and would definitely pick this hotel again. Never needed a taxi. We were given lots of tips for the city upon arrival. Absolutely loved this spot!

The staff were excellent. Really welcoming, informative and helpful. The hotel is immaculate and staff clearly take a lot of pride in their work. A special shout out to Miguel on reception whose food recommendations were all fabulous. Such a wonderful location, with all main attractions in easy walking distance. Seville is a beautiful city and if we were to return, we would definitely stay at the Hotel Rey Alfonso X

The Hotel Rey Alfonso is located on what I'd describe as the outer rim of the Santa Cruz section. So it's perfect for people (like me) who want to be near the action but not IN the action. That said, there are plenty of restaurants and shops nearby and the Real Alcázar and cathedral are less than 10 minutes away on foot -- a lovely stroll through Seville's charming streets. The hotel staff was professional and welcoming -- and even left me a bottle of sparkling wine and a nice note after my first day! My room was clean, modern, and quiet and included an espresso maker (which scored major points with this caffeine junkie.) The roof is a fabulous amenity with various levels, a bar, and a small pool. I enjoyed chatting with hotel guests and the bartenders up there while overlooking Seville. The sunsets from the roof are gorgeous and it was nice hanging out there at night after a long day of touring (and eating!) I highly recommend the Hotel Rey Alfonso and would definitely return.

Lovely hotel in great area :) very friendly staff. Only thing is walls seemed a bit thin- could hear people in other rooms at night. But I am a very light sleeper so this may not have affected other people- overall was great tho :) had a lovely stay.

Lovely well positioned hotel where the staff were very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The rooftop bar was great and the bars and cafe’s around the hotel itself were excellent, we were spoilt for choice! We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely return again.

Fabulous place to stay, staff were wonderful and very attentive. It was my husbands birthday and the staff at breakfast realised this and gave him a bottle of fizz which our party of 4 enjoyed. Would definitely stay her again.
