"Service Front Desk could be nicer and more helpful. Seemed like we were a nuisance to them when we asked any questions. Also, they initially gave me a dirty and occupied room. You can guess my reaction when my wife and I opened the room door with the key card supplied by the front desk, just see an unmade bed with someone else's luggage and stuff all over the bed. Reaction from the front desk, it's the only one available. We waited 2 hours more to get a clean and unoccupied room to stay...

No one was particularly warm or welcoming felt more like they were following a script. Fees: I was aware of the 25 per night fee.. but I was fine with bc it says it comes with 2 beach chairs which it does but….. the umbrella is not included and is an extra $30 bucks Location:was excellent walkable to nearby shops and restaurants. "The rooms were very clean and had a nice scent upon entry. The pool area was also nice. The location is less than a 5 minutes walk to the beach front; it would be less if you could cut through the ocean front hotels. The lobby and clean and the hotel staff do speak English but Spanish is their first language. The only problem was a clicking sound I heard throughout the night, which I think was the HVAC system. That was annoying and disturbed my sleep. I would stay there again in the future."

"Everything was great only down side was our room had a bad smell in it. The front desk refunded the $50 upgrade which we appreciated since it also was our Anniversary. They gave us a bottle of champagne and chocolate covered strawberries and a nice note. That was really nice and appreciated. Our view was great and the food we did have for lunch was excellent. Pool bartender was also very nice and friendly. We definately will return as the location to see the air and sea show was a bonus."
