"Was no outdoor space for kids (only indoor), construction around the property. The pillows was the worst ever. Couldnt sleep all night The breakfast was poor, not so good and healthy. The best was stuff, very kind and helpful "

"I cannot say enough good things about my wonderful stay in Dilijan, and it was because of the excellent hospitality provided by Casanova Inn. The place is so charming and peaceful, and the meals some of the best anywhere. The staff was so friendly that I did not feel I was in a hotel, I felt I was at home with family. They care about each of their guests and go out of their way to provide the best Dilijan experience possible. The owner, the managers, the workers all were top notch. Friendships were formed, and I did not want to leave. We had many nice talks, and they even arranged an unforgettable excursion with barbecue high up in the mountains. This was a real highlight of my entire trip. I would return to Casanova anytime and recommend it highly!"
