"It's a homestay. Spacious and good for a big family of 5 or 6. When we reached there, owner was not there. After few frantic calls, owner told to get ourselves a key to the unit. "Excellent hotel. I asked to have the view of Bangsar before going there. I communicated with the hotel for this purpose and asked to have a note on my file when checking in. The note was there. My request was taken care of. The hotel service was amazing. Everything is brand new. The hotel is very working hard towards sustainability which is great. Well done.
