We arrived in stormy weather and could not find the exit. Employees of the pastelaria (as it turned out later - located on the ground floor right below the hotel) did not know the hotel and its entrance. Odd because they serve breakfast to hotel guests. Once we got into the hotel everything was excellent: individually appointed rooms with character, comfortable beds, a bottle of nice red wine, very good breakfast the next morning. Definitely a place to return to.

Nice boutique style. Well decorated and modern. Cafe attached to the guest house served fresh baked goods. Also provided breakfast for the guest house. The room was small. Not much space for luggage. Bathroom sink was outside of the bathroom.

Very well managed hotel, clean and cozy. It is close to everything, shopping, restaurants, markets, ferry. The cafe next to the hotel is also very convenient.

The staff were all without exception friendly and welcoming. The property is fantastic - comfortable bed, nice room and very good amenities. Location is perfect. Walkable to restaurants ferry and nearby beach.

Perfect
The room was the cleanest room I’ve ever stayed at and it was super comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. This has definitely become one of my all time favorite hotels.

A stylish base for Setubal exploration
Very friendy and helpful staff assisting with after-hour check-in via chat and kindly explaining the tourist attractions of Setubal. The guesthouse is stylish, centrally located, with a large public parking actoss the street. Good breakfast is served next door in an upscale bakery. Pillows and bedding were fine for a good night sleep. Will come again.

The hotel is centrally located. Parking was close by for 3,00 euros per day. Staff were very helpful and responsive to our needs and questions. The room was perfect for two!

Great stay
This is a new place, very nice, very clean. Great location, close to everything. Breakfast was good. There was complementary wine and water and helpful, friendly staff.

Cute little hotel
Superb service and hotel is the cutest boutique hotel you can stay in. The heater in the room was not working and the room was cold. The cleanliness was superb. The hotel contracts the restaurant next door for breakfast. The breakfast was OK and could be fresher. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Honesty bar is a great touch as it shows respect for the guests rather than like other hotels I have stayed at who required signed contracts that you would not steal. Bang on location, promenade, beach, theater, restaurants all within 2 minutes walk. No on site parking but again two minutes from a public cat park.

Delightful, bijou boutique hotel with very welcoming staff in central position in Setubal. Very comfortable bed, good quality linens, toiletries, breakfast at adjoining restaurant. Complimentary wine, water and Nespresso machine....a very friendly ambience.

Stylish hotel with fantastic service.
We really enjoyed our stay and found the hosts very helpful and friendly. When we had lazily missed (an already generously late) breakfast time slot we were kindly offered an alternative at a nearby restaurant at no expense which we were accompanied to. The hosts provided recommendations as for dinner restaurants to visit and these proved to be excellent. The hotel itself is chic and stylish with every luxury and facility efficiently positioned, including an honesty bar.
