"Food quality can improve"

"Ein wunderschöner Platz mit einem fantastischen Zimmer und Ausblick. Das Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Der Standort ist, um das Naturreservat mit genehmigten Taxi zu besuchen auch bestens gelegen, der Ort fußläufig erreichbar. Das Essen ist ebenfalls sehr gut."

"Lovely property "

"Located in the beginning of the town which makes it a quiter from the hassles of the town traffic. Room we stayed was bit smaller but, neat and clean. Had a nice tea estate view from the window. Staff were curtious. Drawbacks are lack of proper car parking and non-availability of lift. Overall had a good stay."

"L'hébergement vous promet un restaurant, mais celui ci n'existe pas, il vous promet un gymnase, mais c'est une pièce de stockage, il vous promet le petit déjeuner gratuit, mais on vous demande de le payer en supplément. "The stay was incredible. The rooms were clean and spotless. They even upgraded us because they had a vacant room. The swing in their living area is honestly a dream. Janani was an incredible host—she went out of her way to help us with a medicine that we needed."

"Brand new hotel . Lovely staff . Amazing rooms . Old house conversation to a boutique style hotel .. Amazing stay if you are stopping hereby for 2 night stay as a part of your kollemgode visit . Staff couldn't do enough to help us . Amazing will stay here again "

"Location "

"Showers wholly inadequate. Fittings needed replacing - lack of good maintenance. Calm atmosphere. Food ok but little choice. Personnel friendly but poor communication."

"There were lots of mosquitos in the room and we literally had to request for a coil. Geysers did not work n every morning we had to request hot water in a bucket n needless to tell that it takes a min of 20 to 30 mins. Food was good in the restaurant but had a very limited options. It was definitely not worth the money I spent."

"Road access to the facility to be improved as the current status is very bad. Also, dinner is prepared mainly by caregiver. The rate in their website is lower than the Expedia rate and the difference of Rs 1,200 to be credited back to us ASAP by Expedia"
