"when looking for the accomodation, it was difficult to understand if we were booking a room or an an appartment. we wanted 2 rooms for two people and we ended with booking 2 appartments!! that we were not able to cancel :-( secondly, the way to register is quite complex and even if you give your phone number on hotels.com, the host didn't receive it. I had some mails... in my spam box :-( :-( so the check in was quite complex. beside that everything was ok"

"The apartment we stayed in was upstairs with a balcony. It was spotlessly clean and well appointed. Everything needed for our stay. Balcony area needed more comfortable furniture in general- when I asked for sun loungers, they were brought up straight away.
Parking on site is excellent and very secure. No fault of the apartment owners but we did have a very noisy family next to us who let their children run around the car park and gardens until 10pm each night - not great when you want to relax...
