"A pretty misleading description on Expedia. I do not recommend this for families that want to book the room with bunks. The bathroom is shared, there was no soap, hand sanitizer or toilet seat cleaner. It was loud, we had no pillows in our room and the floor was covered in cracker/food crumbs. The garden area was overgrown and full of garbage. And there were stray cats everywhere. We booked 2 nights, stayed for 1 and booked another hotel not too far away."

They can't give us a new room because it was full at that time. They know from the start the AC was not working and we were not informed ahead of time.
