"So, our review will be mixed. We had a great time. I would say the property is “clean” and food was the best we’ve had at an all inclusive. Service was mixed. There were some exceptional people and some that were lazy. The other thing that we didn’t like and noticed is that the bars would only rinse glasses vs use clean ones from dishwasher when busy. We saw this at multiple bars. We also saw dirty dishes that didn’t get clean. I would recommend bringing your own cup/glass and having drinks put in it. Finally, we thought we booked on the adult side (RIF of Mangrove) and read that families are on one side but kids not allowed on the adult side - what I would have considered the “adult” pool was full of kids."

"New hotel in the quaint Pietermaai area. Hotel has a polished, upscale, beach club aesthetic it’s trying to create however it landed as somewhat cold and not as inviting as I expected. The staff compensated for that, as they were helpful and friendly. Location wise, walkable to Willemstad and Otrobanda (tho account for the extreme heat when walking during the day) and close to very good restaurants. Pool was somewhat small and didn’t enjoy that was it situated in the midst of their outdoor dining area (hotel has two restaurants), making it awkward. Also all cabanas had a fee, even if you were staying at the hotel. Overall we had a comfortable stay."
