"The room was nice and big. The downside was the bed and under the bed and maybe in the bed. The bed was very hard and curved. I kept on getting waken up by what i think were bites. Hundreds of bites. Under the bed was very dirty and full of dust. I woke up with a big headache from trying to sleep and getting bitten. The shower was kinda defective. "We recently stayed at Estrellas de Gredos and were really disappointed. The place has stunning mountain views and a traditional curved ceiling, but a lot of things went wrong. The biggest issue was a broken sliding door that wouldn’t lock. When we told the staff, they showed up unannounced at 22:00 and just said it was safe to leave it unlocked, which didn't sit right with us. The inside felt cheap too. The kitchen had flimsy Ikea stuff that looked like it could fall apart any minute. The...

"El alojamiento es un encanto ambientado interiormente en el SXVIII. El exterior más de lo mismo. Sin embargo, el bar restaurante con terracita no lo vimos abierto en ningún momento, parecía estar abandonado. Al estar ubicado en pleno centro, se oía jaleo por las calles hasta altas horas. Tuvimos que cerrar las ventanas y encender el aire acondicionado."

"La habitación en plenas condiciones y el baño muy limpio, me sentí como en casa. El trato del personal excelente y la atención inmejorable. Por poner una pega, el parking tenia la entrada muy estrecha y hay que maniobrar bastante para no arañar el coche."
