Room was excellent; staff were helpful (the light in the bathroom stopped working; notified reception around 10am and it was fixed by the time we returned around 1pm), service was excellent all-round"

The location is perfect — close to all the main attractions, restaurants, and shops, yet quiet and relaxing at night. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always smiling and ready to assist with recommendations or directions. Breakfast was delicious with a great variety of fresh options, and the coffee was excellent!
