Serbonnes Trip

I know the shuttle service is the hotel itself, but I will say that the rude driver on Wednesday July 15th at 6pm not only ended up costing us $15 but also wasted an hour a a half of our time. He told us twice that we were supposed to take the Greenline which was incorrect and that he did not go to this Mercure location. After we wasted time waiting and waiting, we took the Greenline to the first stop and called an Uber to get to our hotel. Once we arrived at our hotel, there he was sitting in the shuttle playing on his phone. It took everything in me not go to up and yell at him. So, if you take the shuttle, pay attention to which shuttle is which one and don't listen to the driver. Once we arrived at the hotel however, everything was smooth. Super friendly staff, excellent dinner in the dining room, delicious wine and love the patio. We sat on the patio enjoying a glass of wine while watching the World Cup through the glass. I will say there isn't much near this hotel location but we didn't need to leave the hotel for anything for the night. It was great.

Very nice and convenient, great location

Très bon accueil par le gardien de nuit lors de notre arrivée tardive (petit souci de badge d'ouverture de chambre vite réglé par ce gardien). Les chambres sont correctes grand lit confortable. Salle de bain avec baignoire Odeur très désagréable (remontée égouts ou évacuations) dans la salle d'accueil et de restauration. Les tables poisseuses mal nettoyées, la machine à café en partie en panne ne délivrant pas certains produits. Le petit déjeuner européen était bien achalandé (viennoiserie, pain frais, charcuterie et divers fromages) avec possibilité de presser les oranges pour extraction d'un jus frais L'aménagement extérieur a vécu, besoin d'un sérieux rafraichissement des balustrades (pourriture par endroits, boiseries)

Champagne money for lemonade delivery. Rude and unhelpful staff, lift out of order from the underground car park with no prior warning, Quite a challenge with a pram and all the bags that come with two young children. Only one lift working serving the rest of the hotel too, which often lead to queues to get up to your floor. Again no prior warning. Air con didn’t work properly, toilet seat not secured, soap wasn’t replenished, rubbish under the sofa bed-which was the most uncomfortable so called bed known to humankind. Handle to the toilet in the lobby was broken, and there was often a terrible smell in the entrance leading from the car park. Please do yourselves a favour and stay elsewhere…anywhere would be better.
