A lady in the front desk ruined my stay. When I asked check in, she straight up, asked me the reservation number. Since I expected my name or ID as usual for typical hotel check in that I have done for the past 40 years, I politely asked her to look up by my name instead. She said that they didn't have the correct information passed from Expedia, she needed to see my reservation number. For the first time in my life to grab the reservation number for hotel check in, I had to open up my Expedia app and showed her my itinerary. She starred and read through my whole itinerary, with which I felt very uncomfortable and felt som kind of discrimination. She was absolutely rude. As soon as I got in the room, I immediately contacted Expedia to check if they actually didn't give the correct information to hotel. Expedia contacted a hotel right away and confirmed that hotel had had my name with reservation confirmed, etc. So, obviously this woman gave me a terrible welcoming on purpose for some reason, which ruined my whole stay and made me feel awful and felt unsafe since then. Room is tiny and much smaller than the picture. Bathroom shower has no curtain or door, so water during the shower splashed all over the place on the floor, which makes the whole floor very slippery. Very dangerous, especially if you travel with kids. No gym nor laundry facility. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone.

Very close to exit 3 of yeoksam station. Only 10 min walk to Gangnam station. But what i appreciated the most is how courteous and kind the front desk staff was. Except the malfunction of the thermometer in the room (it was set to a high temp and i could not turn it off), i really enjoyed the stay

Place is just 1min away from Yeoksam train station. Yeoksam is a-bit further from the touristy area but i love the calmness and vibe around the area

Stayed too long.
I was there for 10 days. It's great for a night or two. But definitely not 10. The staff was extremely helpful and nice. The hotel is very close to the subway. The area is okay. It's kind of bordering on love hotel territory if you know what I mean. Would I stay again? No. Not because it's a bad hotel. It's just not my type of hotel.

This hotel is VERY good hotel considering the price that I paid for. Metro station is 2 min away. There are lots of restaurants and bars as well as convenient stores. The staff is friendly. I would stay again.

We booked a suite for 145,000 won, but we feel that it isn’t worth it. The three ladies in the reception area was not friendly and they’re like robots speaking without emotion and very insincere. When I told them I need to take out my car from the parking, the lady didn’t even answer and just walked passed me.

I have a confirmed reservation and it is prepaid. When I arrived at the hotel, the front office manager refused my check-in, saying I am from US. I have a Korean government health certificate, CDC vaccine card(2 shots of Pfizer) and PCR test that I took 2 days earlier. Not only they refused my prepaid reservation but also did not know how to refund my pre-paid payment. Total disaster and ignorance of the management. I also blame Expedia for not monitoring this type of operation. I was completely free of COVID 19 risk and had every document to prove.

Great stay
It was a long and pleasant stay. I've never stayed that long at a hotel before, but I felt like home. At lower story there wasn't actually any good view, but it's not the problem. The wall is a bit thin so I can hear people's voices sometimes. The amenities are quite nice. Comfy bed and pillows, soft robe, nice ceramic mug, nice coffee bags, clean wooden floor. They gave me 2 water bottles everyday as I requested. The location is really good. Lots of local food and right next to Yeoksam station.

The room is nice and the location is good. However, the room does not have a window that allows sun light to come in. It says city view on the website but there is no view at all and I had to turn on the lights even when it's in the middle of a sunny day.

The location was perfect for my 4 different works in 2 days. Everything was right next to each other and the hole was right in the middle.... I will stay again for that purpose.....Only complain was that the hotel did not provide communication room for computer access which I need to print out some important papers including plane tickets....

Quick Solo Seoul Trip
Fast & friendly check in. Spacious & pretty clean room. The walls have quite a few scuffs everywhere. Quiet area at night. I slept very good. Will definitely book again on my next trip.

The location is pretty good; less than three minutes' walk to an entrance to Yeoksam Station served by an elevator and the Incheon airport bus (6020) stops just across the road (for airport-bound trips). There are also several convenience stores, bakeries/cafes, and full service restaurants within easy walking distance. The room was also surprisingly large. However, there is no bedside charging; the bathroom's design ensures that water will pool on the floor when showering; there is a faint musty smell even in cooler temperatures; and worse of all, the room I stayed in had a temperamental air conditioner that could only be operated by aiming the remote control from a very specific angle. To compensate for this the staff were sincerely helpful, reasonably professional, and reasonably good at communicating in English. If you don't mind the possibility of slight inconvenience with the physical facilities in exchange for reasonable value for money and good accessibility, this place is for you.

Comfortable Hotel
The hotel is a nice location in Gangnam. Close to the subway and loads of great places to eat. The room was clean and comfortable. It was great for my day trip to Seoul as a solo traveler. The bathroom has a really nice tub, but the entire bathroom has a gross musty/mildew smell to it. The only other issue I had was that I accidentally booked for the wrong day, but the hotel refused to let the change the date (even if though I was willing to pay a penalty fee).
