Overall speaking the location of apartment was quite ideally as we expected. There is unexpected weather due to Typhoon was heading Tokyo our flight had been cancelled and we cannot check in as per our original plan. We notice Expedia and apartment but they are not able to refund the first night......this is quite disappointing even we have the strong evidence that the flight was canceled by the unexpected weather. I am making my mind which is a lesson learned for myself, next time to make sure the hotel or apartment can refund the missing night in case of bad weather or flight canceled or using other provider to avoid this kind of lost and unhappy happening.

호스트는 매우 친절하였으며, 서울역과 가까워 편의시설 이용과 교통이용이 매우 편리하였으나, 침구와 슬리퍼의 청결상태가 좋지 못해 아쉬웠습니다. 샴푸와 body cleanser 가 구비되어 있었고, 생수는 구비되어 있지 않아 물을 구입하러 외부로 나가야 하는 불편함이 있었습니다.

管理人さんの人柄がとても良く、言葉の壁を感じることなく過ごせました。 お部屋は掃除が行き届いています。ただ、構造上の問題だと思うのですが、排水口からの匂いが気になりました。日中はほとんど外出していたので我慢出来ました。それから、ロフトで寝ていると階上の排水音がチョロチョロ、ザーッ、等と気になりました。エアコンはロフトまで効かなかったのも含めて快眠は困難でした。立地はとても良かったです。ゴミ捨て場もきちんと管理されていました。

交通好方便，搭仁川機場快線半小時，地鐵站出口大約五分鐘到民宿，行三分鐘對面有樂天百貨，房間同走廊抽氣系統不太好，行入房間有陣陣的潮濕悶氣味，覆式單位，下面雙人床，上面榻榻米，衛生程度一般，玻璃窗外好多污迹，枕頭上有頭發，幾日沒有服務生清潔房間，部分傢具有點殘舊。

Great location and clean apartment

Great location just across Seoul Station and Lotte Mart. Clean room with amenities including bath and hair liquid and even washing and dish detergents for washers. Comfortable beds but the spare mattress is very hard and springy. Pillows are flat. Overall a great place if you can keep the place tidy and clean as there's no housekeeping. Really convenient next to amenities and transport.

Free upgrade!

Owner-Kang, is kind to give free upgrade, without me asking for anything. ;) I booked for 2 double bed with 1 sofa bed room for 4 nights, he sent me to 4 double bed with 1 sofa bed room. I stayed at the 2 double bed with 1 sofa bed room for 3 nights before returning to Kang for another 4 nights. The room is much spacious compared to the room I booked. Love it! Thank you Kang!

Good connectivity to AREX Seoul station

Pros: Very near to AREX Seoul station exit - just 5 to 8min of walk to apartment. Which is also near to KTX. Lotte Mart is just 3 to 5min of walk. Con: Needed a bit of walk from AREX Seoul station to Seoul Metro Line 1 and 4.

Easy communication with the owner. He is very helpful. Apartment appears exactly as in their website. It has a nice view from the 13th floor. Location is easy about 10-15 minute walk to Arex train and Seoul Metro. It's very spacious. Has enough clean kitchen utilities. Lotte Mart is 5 minute walk just across the street so it's a big plus. Cooking meals is very convenient. It has a washer and dryer in the room. Room is clean. Towels and linens are provided anytime you need them. It's very quiet. Room has very good noise insulation. Our big concern was the refrigerator. It has a very bad smell just like rotten onions. We tried cleaning it. We got rid of the smell a little bit. We tried not to open the fridge as much as possible. Worst is when you open it in the morning. Besides the fridge, everything else is very good. We can still stay in Kangs Duplex if we go back to Seoul.

毛巾是綠色跟紫色的, 有染色也有漂白的痕跡, 而且有味道, 廁所有蟲, 垃圾不但要自己處理, 連垃圾袋都要自己買, 地板很髒, 想自己吸塵, 吸塵器排出來的空氣惡臭無比, 還好天氣不冷可以開門窗透氣, 第二天就自己買毛巾拖鞋, 不然實在住不下去

交通很方便，對面就是樂天超市跟outlay, 房東人也超nice, 由於我們是晚班的飛機，房東還讓我們行李放在房間放到要去搭機前，讓我們還可以好好利用時間走最後一天，房間清潔度也沒問題，而且是大冰箱，房間空間也算大，但唯一美中不足的是床墊應該要換一下了，太軟也有凹陷的感覺，大致上還蠻不錯的，下次有機會還會再來住^^

Ich hatte das Apartment zur Alleinbenutzung und da es Schlafgelegenheit für bis zu vier Personen bot (zwei Doppelbetten), konnte ich mich über zu wenig Platz nun wirklich nicht beklagen. Das Apartment lag im 14. Stock und bot eine wunderbare Aussicht auf Seoul. Die Kochnische bot alle Annehmlichkeiten, eine Waschmaschine mit integriertem Trockner sowie eine Mikrowelle war auch vorhanden. Ich bin rundherum zufrieden und kann Kang's Duplex nur weiterempfehlen.

nice hotel close beach and train station. It is no room cleaning service . you need to clean up by yourself and take all the rubbish to the rubbish collection point and put into the reclcle bin.
