This is a good place to stay. There is a 24h mini mart down stairs, and a coin laundry. There is also a Cafe called beansbins that sells fesh fruit cups and gourmet waffles. And there is a also a boiling seafood restaurant right across with the cajun so good that we ate there twice within 4 days. Highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is perfect for travellers wanting to be central for shopping, travelling via subway and food! The hotel is well maintained however the aircon in our room was not the best but other aspects of the hotel made up for this. The hotel staff were were very pleasant, professional and helpful. I would like to say thank you to them for helping with a minor problem but felt huge away from hom so thank you so much!

The lobby and rooms were very clean. The room did get really hot, especially in the corner where the fan didn’t reach. I loved that there was a convenience store downstairs, and the location was next to everything we wanted to do. The bathroom was also a little cramped, but not too badly. Still a great hotel option in a busy city like Seoul.

The hotel is in a great location with a convenience store attached but that’s about it unfortunately. Rooms are very dated and the beds were really uncomfortable. Our towels were worn, some even had holes. The hotel is well overdue for a refresh. Housekeeping did a good job cleaning our room.

Staff: Some were friendly and efficient, while others were not. Room: Overall, the room was clean, but the bedsheets and pillowcases were dirty. We found stains on ours. Big PLUS: The hotel was literally in the heart of the shopping experience. The street food at 5pm was just downstairs, as soon as you walk out of the hotel. Stores and restaurants were nearby!
