The pre-stay experience - it said airport transfer service available, but when we sent a few emails to ask, there was never any reply. Then the name "Staz" could not be found on Google / Naver maps, and in fact should be "Travelodge". That made a bit of stress. The room was known to be small, but the layout and set up made it worse than it should be. The small toilet had a bathtub instead of shower, that makes turning around difficult. The basin was low with no space around to place anything. No clothing hooks. Daily bathing and brushing became clumsy tasks. No other facilities at all - not even a vending machine. But the location was very convenient.

Apparently we got the absolutely worst room of the hotel. When we arrived we were greeted friendly, received our key and went to the room. Spotted floor, dirt, black spots in in the bathroom, broken ceiling parts, cracks in the wall, dark,... Passing other rooms while they were being cleaned we could see that the other rooms were bright, clean and not damaged. Sadly our experience wasn't the best, because of our room.

This hotel is in a safe and quiet place. It is located right next to a 24/7 convenience store and within walking distance to Myeong-Dong station/airport bus stop. My only complaints are the floor carpet looks old and I keep having flies and fleas in my room since check-in.
