For the price, and especially at a chain like Sheraton, bathroom was dirty enough upon arrival to warrant the low grade. I only stayed here because I was covering baseball at the Gocheok Sky Dome, and this was the assigned hotel, but it wasnt really even particularly convenient for that and the area was not that central to many of the tourist sites. Would not recommend.

The staff were great , friendly and helpful. The room was very nice but the air conditioning was poor not very cold or efficient. Room service closing times were too early for late arrivals.

The staff were great, the room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast had a good variety. However the room was surprisingly noisy at night. I wasn't expecting to be able to hear so much from the surrounding area and my hotel neighbours, who weren't even doing anything loud.

Amazing location. Very lively and plenty to do with things open late. Staff are very friendly and the subway station is less than a 10 minute walk away. About 1.5 hours away from ICN by subway. About 35 minutes away from Seoul Station. No microwaves in the hotel.

This is a well run hotel. The staff are very friendly and helpful, and it has a very good breakfast buffet. They make great omlets, and there's a good selection of Asian foods. The area has lots of places to eat.

Excellent service
Check in process was smooth and I was thankful that they allowed me to check in earlier. Location was great too, about 5-10min walk to subway, a huge e-mart around the corner and plenty of food choices nearby. Room was tastefully done, space was comfortable and everyone in the hotel were friendly!

Mother in law's funeral was reason for trip. The hotel location made transportation to services and events easy commutes. The room and bath/shower was western modern and clean. Fresh sheets and towels daily. The front desk staff was very attentive in arranging taxis, being from USA my phone was worthless for calling rides. Uber does not work in Korea and Kakao cannot be used without a Korean phone number. My daily time was spent with my Korean family, eating where and what they ate. I do like most all Korean foods. I did appreciate the hotel's breakfast buffet having a few western dishes to treat myself a few times. This is a well functioning business hotel that made my trip easier.

Not bad but there are better ones
You have all you can expect from a sheraton, but room service starts at 11am and finish at 20h30 . Be carefull that on Sundays there is no room service. If you are on quarantine... good luck. All the rest is ok.
