The receptionist was very nice and helpful. Check in was efficient. The room was clean with air conditioning. I would like to stay again.

Overall, a nice room. Set up though that a left sleeper had to crawl over a right side sleeper to get out of the bed. Also NO elevator. Carry your suitcases up the stairs.

必要なものが、コンパクトに詰まった宿です。 弘大入口駅から少し歩いた住宅街にあります。静かな環境ながらも、道は人通りがあり、コンビニもあるので、女性一人でも安心です。

可以一住再住

民宿走工業風，房間非常乾淨簡約，地板是水泥地加了光油，有種raw的感覺，是我喜歡的格調。 職員友善親切，因為民宿在巷尾，門口較隱閉，所以我到門口時確認一下，但民宿職員已主動開門問我是否預訂這裏，令我非常意外。更意外的是招待我的男職員是香港人，說廣東話，非常有親切感(而且很帥)，他還送我暖包，非常貼心。 民宿每天提供簡單早餐，一個麪包，一包飲品，包非常美味。 地點方面，弘大地鐵站2號出口有電梯上來，轉左會見到starbucks和twosome place coffee,一路直走過馬路，向左走轉入小路再走就到，是旺中帶靜的好地方。

設備は少し古く感じました。 ベッドは腰が痛くなり、動くたびにギシギシとなり、その度に起きてしまうなどで疲れが取れないことがあった。 スタッフの方はすごく丁寧で優しく接していただきました。新しいバスタオルは自分で取りに行くのですが、バスケットの中にバスタオルが無く、スタッフに声かけたところ、部屋に持っていただきました。 一人旅には丁度良くて、トイレと風呂は一緒で基本狭いと最初からわかっていれば大丈夫だと思います。 弘大、弘大入口駅からのアクセスも良く、セブンイレブン、GS25、CU、近くにお洒落なカフェもあります。

オペレーションがしっかりしていて快適でした

シングルに一泊しました。 場所は延南で、弘大入口駅からは少し歩きます。少し歩きますが、場所は住宅街なので夜は静かなのでぐっすり眠れます。 以前、立地の良さから大手のホテルに泊まりましたが、大通りの目の前でしたので、夜中も騒音がすごくて寝つけませんでした。 ロフトタイプのお部屋でしたので広さは充分。ベッド下にデスクがあるのでとても快適でした。 バスルームは、便座と洗面台の間にカーテンがあるので濡れる心配なし。 チェックイン前の荷物預けをお願いしたく、事前に連絡もできたので安心してお願いできました。チェックインの際も一流ホテル並みに施設の利用ルールや部屋番号、部屋のドアのパスワード、Wi-Fiのパスワードなど、ひと通りのことが書かれたカードを渡してくれます。 入れ替わりでスタッフさんもいてくれて、私が出入りしただけでも3人のスタッフさんをお見かけしました。 部屋の出入り口に段差がないのでキャリーケースもそのまま転がして入室できますが、逆にそのせいか、虫の出入りもありますので、虫が苦手な方は少し検討した方が良いかもしれません。

チェックイン時間前に到着すると、スタッフの方は1号店にいるようで不在。ドアに貼ってあるカトクidへ連絡したところフロントの暗証番号を教えてくださり、荷物のみ置かせていただきました。戻るとまたもや不在だったので基本的に1号店にいらっしゃるのかなという印象。(戻ったと連絡をしたらすぐに来てくださいました) 良い点 ・タオルはセルフ交換制。好きなタイミングで替えられる。 ・ルームキーが暗証番号式 ・徒歩3分くらいのところにマートがある 悪い点 ・ロフトベッドが動くたびにギシギシと鳴る ・部屋によると思いますが、鏡とコンセントが遠かったためコテを使うのが大変 ・シャワーの水圧が適温にしようとすると弱くなる。水圧を強くするとやや熱い。 1番出口から来るとエスカレーター有り、2番出口側から来ると途中にオリヤンとマートがあります。インスタなどでの高評価を見て期待が大きすぎたため、少しがっかりする面もありましたがリピートもありかな〜という感じ。

On paper Baroato 2nd should be good. I appreciate the staff helping me a lot, however, as a hotel the overall experience was not that great. The room was in the basement and suffered from awful humidity which meant even with the aircon on dry mode everything was wet - skins, sheets, floor etc. On my final night the humidity was unbearable and I checked out and flew back earlier than I originally expected. This is the only hotel I have ever stayed in which has had this extreme humidity issue. If the basement rooms are to be used as hotel rooms then a dehumidifier is a must. Added to the humidity, the room also entitles you to see an assortment of interesting insects both flying, crawling and those of the 1.5 inch hairy variety. Those who love insects should definitely pick this hotel. Other more minor things include a slight smell of sewage in the bathroom and worlds smallest sink with wobbly tap which just seems like poor design. This hotel definitely has potential, but even at the low price point the execution and comfort is not yet at the point where it can be recommended.

２泊利用させて頂きました。ホテルの立地は最高で近くにカフェやコンビニがあるので困らないかと思います。他の方が書かれているように階段を上る音や声が聞こえますが、ホンデですので遅くまで買い物をして帰ってくると考えると許容範囲かなー？と思います。シャワーの圧は強いですが調整可能ですので、弱いよりは断然良かったです！ベッドサイドにコンセントがあるのですごく便利でした。また利用したいと思うほど素敵なゲストハウスでした。

Close to a lot of the places in Hongdae so chose to stay here as it was cheaper than a lot of the places and wasn’t too keen on staying at a hostel. They provided me with a lot of the amenities already (shampoo, toothbrush, toothpaste, etc) so was able to pack really light for my stay. Breakfast is included so really appreciate that after a long night of partying. Overall a great place at a decent price point.
