"Property itself was great. The check-in was smooth, the room was nice but the only thing I found a little bit odd on was the design of the shower. It does tend to leave a lot of water on the floor of the restroom itself but other than that the stay was practically flawless when I come back from my annual trips I will be staying here again."

"This is the second time I've stayed at the Four Seasons, and each time has been impeccable. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the variety of resturants and service at each was excellent. I appreciated that every restaurant had several vegan options and was happy to accommodate special requests. The location is great, close to the subway and palace, which makes getting around very convenient. I'll definitely be staying here again on my next trip to Seoul."

"Excellent stay, I did have to transfer room due to a sewage smell but it was not a fault of the hotel it was from outside in the city. The city seems to have a generalized drainage problem, may be due to overpopulation and infrastructure issue. The hotel was very lovely and accommodating. Very polite, food was good also. "Generally speaking, everything was good - cleanliness, quietness, convenience. It could better if... 1. there was a curtain between bathtub and toilet. 2. there was an outlet near desk to use laptops. (available outlets were found by the bed and fridge.)"
