"This is a great hotel, staff are excellent. The indoor pool was lovely and the changing facilities there are really nice. The gym area isn’t great, would be much better placed at a window with views - feels wasted in a dark box. Unfortunately the outdoor pool was closed while we were there. Breakfast is excellent but expensive. Generally all the on site options (cafe, bar, spa) were overpriced and there were better options available outside of the hotel, everything we did have in the hotel was high quality though."

"Overall, a wonderful property in a fantastic location, staffed with friendly and professional folks who are very good English speakers. Every room has an ocean view, and for the price we got on the hotels.com site, it was a terrific deal. Everything was clean, convenient, and easy. In the future, it would be great to see the fitness center expanded. :) Highly recommend!"

"The pool and poolside entertainment are great. There's a good bowling alley on site too. Only negative is the on site cuisine is insanely and insultingly overpriced for Korea. Fortunately there's a breakfast spot and a few other restaurants right next door. But honestly all the food should be at least 50% of the list price--and it would still be pricey for Jeju."

Clean and modern rooms with Malin and Goetz shampoo/conditioner/body wash. infinity pool, indoor pool, hot tub, jjimjilbang on site and very clean. Robes provided. GS25 on-site. Complimentary welcome drink daily (coffee or orange juice). "

"The room is super spacious. I loved the big windows in the room. It’s convenient. There are plenty of good restaurants around the hotel and close to the Maeli Ollie Market. The room is well equipped with a small kitchen space, dining area and storage space. It’d be even better with some maintenance. "
