The staff is very helpful. The hotel surrounding area is very quiet and has a nice view to the ocean. The hotel itself is a little bit dated but clean and comfortable. Would recommend this hotel for anyone.

The hotel are overall clean and quiet and the room are bug with really nice view. Walkable distance to nearby amenities. The downside are you will need to walk abit to the amenities. Grand Hyatt Jeju
Room is great, service not great - waited more than an hour for a bottle of wine to be delivered to the room. Food at Blue Dragon is very average but the breakfast made up for it
