The hotel is quite nicely located near a park and close to the Oedolgae rock, which is one of the geological formations in the surroundings. Also, some of the known waterfalls are only a few minutes away by car.
The staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms are comfortable, pristine clean, spacious, well equipped, quiet and beds were really relaxing.
Breakfast, which we paid separately, contains a huge variety of dishes (mostly Asian cuisine) but also many westerly options.

A little out of the way but the tranquility and the views were outstanding. Beautiful apartments, sensibly furnished. The food at the cafe was perfect for breakfast and the staff are all very friendly and pleasant.
Would definitely recommend doing the short museum tour that comes free with the stay. It's a guided tour of only 2 art installations so will take about 30 min but they are absolutely worth it.
Parking can get busy but ultimately wasn't a problem

Overall it was good, but the suite at the resort was missing something to really make it a wow experience. The gym was okay and the indoor pool was nice, though it would have been great if at least one of the outdoor pools had been heated, as they were closed due to the season. The service was great and the staff were incredibly friendly

The hotel was lovely, the staff were friendly and very helpful and the view from the bedroom was stunning. The hotel has a self service laundry which is free and came in handy. The only downsize is the breakfast was fine but overpriced even by uk hotel standards. I would definitely recommend this hotel to jeju visitors.
