The best part of our trip so far!!

"My daughter and I stayed here in late April. The staff were all wonderful and friendly. The hotel is beautiful and our room was clean, spacious and welcoming. Dinner at the hotel restaurant was delicious and the restaurant staff were perfect. We did the spa and massage and the facilities were amazing. ..."

OK Apartment, terrible service and absurd fees

"We booked the apartment for its proximity to Ischgl, since prices were a bit lower in Mathon (there's an excellent bus service connecting skiers to Ischgl from Mathon). The apartment was clean and comfortable, but lacking in basic amenities like hand soap! When we asked about hand soap, we were told ..."
