"The bed was the most comfortable bed at a hotel that I've ever stayed in. The hotel was central so walking around, you could find anything. The hot tub is NOT INCLUDED. It cost about $50 usd per person for 30 mins. The staff was amazing save one interaction I had. I was going for Fika and the coffee/tea station didn't have any tea so I asked the front desk lady if it's moved or just all gone. She said its over there in the machine. It was not my first day at the hotel but they were doing a remodel so I asked if it was a new machine and went back to check it out again. It was not. I had used the machine before so I mentioned that the machine has the water but im looking for teabags. She got upset and reiterated that it was all over "there". I asked if she could show me because maybe im overlooking it. By this time she was pissed and walked out to the tea area with an attitude. She said someone must have moved it to the new dining area (again, it was under remodel) and that she will just make a new tea caddy. It was all very rude and disrespectful and she didn't apologize for talking to me like I was an idiot."

"I stayed only one night and it was excellent. 9th floor room was clean, spacious enough for one person and the breakfast was outstanding. A taxi to the airport was right there. Location is great, walking distance to everything in the town. Check-in was fast. Elevators are FAST. My room was across from the elevator, but never heard any noise. Minor quibbles: 1) the room was a little cold and I had to crank the heat up full to warm up. 2) Desk electric outlets were tough to access 3) no phone in the room 4) the pump on the shampoo dispenser in the shower was broken (I did say minor quibbles)"

"We had a standard room, which had a plenty of space for two people. Nice view of the church and town from our window. Excellent breakfast! Location is close to all of the restaurants and shops. "

"Great location. Had gluten free bread for breakfast. Walkable to restaurants and shopping. Nice helpful staff. We would choose this hotel again"

"The hotel is amazing! The staff members were too busy doing the lobby and the bar. They were not very friendly and welcoming. It did not feel like a lobby. I feel like they have to separate those two services. The view from the hotel rooms and the restaurant/lobby was breathtaking! Public transportation from the hotel is also very accessible. "

"Ended up arriving later than expected to find no staff at the desk (beyond the 3:30 cut-off). Front doors locked and no answer on the phone to call. Turns out there were instructions (thru expedia) for the need to call if you were to be late. Once they called back (and someone let me in to the lobby) i was able to get a key to a room. After that it was smooth sailing. I was uncertain of the area around the hotel but as my stay progressed I realized it to be busy and safe. Surrounded by malls, restaurants and a grocery nearby. Interesting things to look at near the port a couple blocks away. Overall a comfortable stay. Breakfast available each morning."

"This was an amazing apartment that looked like it was newly renovated. Such a beautiful building and nice patio overlooking the water. Had a nice fridge, stove and everything you need to cook yourself. Only stayed one night but this I would highly recommend this spot."
