Our stay at Kalandara Resort in Lombok was truly breath-taking. We chose this resort for our honeymoon, and it exceeded every expectation—we did not regret our decision for a single moment. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that every detail had been thoughtfully considered. Little touches like slippers, Crocs for the infinity pool, and a Bluetooth speaker added a special charm to our experience and made our stay feel even more luxurious and personal. What really made our time unforgettable was the staff. Every single member of the team was warm, attentive, and genuinely hospitable, always greeting us with a smile and making us feel so welcome throughout our stay. From the moment we arrived to our parting goodbye, this property delivered in every way. The peaceful atmosphere and surroundings bush landscape creates the perfect atmosphere to forgot about the rest of the world. Breakfast is served with a view to match, you feel like you are sitting amongst the tree tops. This was the perfect place to celebrate my husband’s 50th. Don’t settle for second best, stay here.

Stayed here for 5 nights. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful from pick up at airport to drop off they even packed us a breakfast box as our flight was early morning. The villa was beautiful and the view was spectacular. A very relaxing stay. Yes you can hear the local mosques several times a day but we expected that so not a problem for us.

This property is located on high elevation delivering awesome views to the ocean. You must upgrade to ocean views to enjoy the ocean as well as neighboring island, Bali. The staff is extremely accommodating and will enhance your stay at the hotel, providing all relevant tours and events the Lombok has to offer. The waterfall Sendang Gile is a must visit. We stayed in the Anila villa 213 with private plunge pool and breathtaking views.

The rooms have an incredible view of the ocean, with each room having an infinity pool. Our pool didn't have steps to get in or out, so this might be an issue for some people. The staff here are amazing, so friendly and very accommodating. Stand out staff members were Imron and Wulan. Thank you both for making our stay wonderful. Our stay in the hotel was perfect! Everything was clean and all the staff was very friendly and helpful! The room has a private pool and a nice beach view. We also tried the Spa and it was a great relaxing experience. The food in the restaurant and also the breakfast buffet was tasty. The beach area by the hotel is beautiful! You just have to be aware that you are a little out of the city. There are 3-4 restaurants on the beach. But with Grab you can easily get to more places.

We booked a trip for 2 adults and 2 kids (5 and 9) and were only provided one bed. We got a terrible folding bed after complaining. We were made to sign a waiver of liability for injury or death of our children, because the hotel was not suited for children. We booked an all inclusive package and were met with the message that tap water was all that was included besides meals. Only after several complaints to you and the hotel, did they agree to include non alcoholic beverages. This is not all inclusive. This is full board. When you pay significant money for all inclusive, you don’t expect to have to pay for a (not very good) coffee and a local beer. The view is amazing and the staff is generally friendly. They are not at fault for poor management.
