"All was great but the most important part and the reason we booked this hotel was the prior/onsen. When we checked in and stayed for 3 days the facility was closed and hopping they would compensate us by sending us to a local onsen on their expenses. They should have a back up plan if these unforeseen events occur. I gave them 3 stars over all."

However, one thing that astound me is that when I didn't select if I want a non-smoking room, which is usually a no brainer in the States, I got assigned to a smoking room automatically. I was trying to get a replacement for non-smoking room, but the clerks were not helpful. They didn't even try but just say, I am sorry."
